It is of course of the utmost importance that you as a customer stay at home if you feel the slightest sign of symptoms. Of course, these directives also apply to our employees, who do not work if they do not feel completely healthy. We who work also use handsanitizer regularly and have good hand hygiene.

In addition to this, we have also secured our routines around cleaning, hygiene, food and disinfection. In our accommodations and premises, there are generally very good cleaning routines, but these have been expanded with disinfection and extra cleaning of exposed and public areas. Given that our dining room and our premises do not accommodate larger groups at the same time, this contributes to a reduced risk of the spread of infection. Remember to wash your hands before and after ingestion. Before activities, good hand hygiene is also encouraged.

To those of you who feel some uncertainty about your upcoming booking, we would like to emphasize that our business is based on staying outdoors in nature. We move small groups together with each guide. The fact that our business largely consists of outdoor activities contributes to the risk of the spread of infection being very small and we can continue to run our business as usual, with the extra routines around cleaning and hygiene that have been specified above. Disinfectants are available at all activities.

We have also reduced the maximum number of participants on certain activities to make it easy to keep your distance. And we carefully follow FHM’s guidelines when serving food – good distance-placed tables, maximum number of participants and access to hand washing and handsanitizer.

If new guidelines from the public health authority reach us, we will update this information. Until further notice, ordinary cancellation conditions apply. It is possible to rebook or convert your booking value into a gift card to use for new bookings. This applies if there are reasons that are not covered by the cancellation policy and which force you as a customer to cancel your booking here with us.
